Empowering college students to overcome self-doubt, embrace their strengths, and build the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life.
Overview
In my work as a coach, I’ve observed how often people enter the workforce without the internal skills needed to navigate setbacks, define success on their own terms, or stay grounded in who they are. In fact, while over 90% of employers identify resilience, self-awareness, and adaptability as essential to success, only 40% of college seniors feel very prepared to make the transition (NACE Student Survey, 2022). College offers a powerful opportunity to shift that trajectory before students launch into their next chapter. These sessions are designed to close that gap—offering students real-life, sustainable tools to build confidence, clarify their values, and grow in ways that support both personal and professional success. Each session is interactive, reflective, and grounded in positive psychology, and can be delivered in a variety of formats, including workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements.
